Major transformation
Water-Damage Repair → Custom Finished Room
This project started with damage and exposed building systems, then moved through repair, drywall, custom cabinetry, trim, lighting and finish work. The result is useful because it shows the entire Mountain Oak Maintenance approach: diagnose the problem, rebuild what is necessary, and finish the space carefully.

Restoration
Door Restoration & Refinishing
A weathered wood entry was sanded, refinished and protected to bring back the grain, warmth and curb appeal instead of replacing a door that could be saved.

Precision restoration
Custom Italian Tile Match
Instead of replacing an entire historic-looking hearth, damaged original tile was selectively removed. Replacement Italian tile was cut and individually custom-finished to blend with the color variation and aged character of the existing installation.

A bulky tilt-out unit was replaced with cleaner, higher-capacity cubby storage built for the space.

The in-progress photo shows the actual transition from deteriorated painted components to the completed pressure-treated staircase.

Older receptacles and wiring were addressed and the finished wall received a clean four-outlet setup.
